Artemis Gold Inc. is a growth-oriented gold development company aimed at creating shareholder value through the identification, acquisition and development of gold properties in mining-friendly jurisdictions.
The Company's primary focus is the operation and further development of the Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia approximately 160km southwest of Prince George and 450 kilometres northeast of Vancouver. The first gold and silver pour at Blackwater was achieved in January 2025 and commercial production was declared on May 1, 2025.
In Q3 2025, the Company initiated construction activities for the Phase 1A expansion of the Blackwater Mine, which is expected to increase throughput capacity from 6.0 million tonnes per annum to 8.0 Mtpa by Q4 2026.
In December 2025, the Company announced the EP2 development of the Blackwater Mine, a plan to increase processing plant capacity to 21 Mtpa before the end of 2028.
